Project Description
Rehabilitation of the Historical Conservation Property “Casa Novella”, built around 1860 in the English Quarter of Coquimbo, to transform it into the new CECREA (Creativity Center for girls, boys and young people) of the Coquimbo Region. Within the transformations of the building, it was provided with universal accessibility, exterior vertical circulations were incorporated (elevator and stairwell) and a new building was designed at the back of the property, in order to accommodate all the programs necessary for the operation of CECREA.
